• By placing an order at A HIDDEN APOTHECARY you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to A HIDDEN APOTHECARY.  This also applies to any shipments that are refused/unclaimed by you at delivery. You are also indicating that you are the true holder of the card and/or authorized to use the card for purchases.
• A HIDDEN APOTHECARY is not responsible for any lost, delayed or stolen packages. Please see shipping policies for more information. 
• A HIDDEN APOTHECARY is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Please read description of each item before purchasing regarding herbs used at A HIDDEN APOTHECARY.
