Shipping Policy

 Shipping Time: 2-3 WEEKS + FREE TRACKING UPDATES 

USPS has been experiencing delays with overwhelming volume. A Hidden Apothecary does our best processing orders as quickly as possible. Once USPS has your item we do not have control over transport. If you're experiencing delays you can check your tracking daily for updates or call USPS for more information.

For high package theft area we have the option of signature required to assure you receive your package.

 A HIDDEN APOTHECARY is not responsible for lost or stolen or damaged packages. - replacements or refunds will not be provided. When you purchase route protection & anything happens to your package you can file a claim there. Instructions are below on the process.

After filing a MISSING MAIL claim and your order doesn’t turn up then immediately file a route claim. You must file that claim within 30 days of your order date.

Buyer is responsible for filing a claim for their missing package.

 

Shipping cost may vary due to item weight. We do the best to get you the absolute lowest price but we also do not want to risk damaging your A Hidden Apothecary items by not paying for proper packaging required for your items.

Domestic Delivery Information

Signature is not required on delivery, (unless selected at checkout)  so if you are not home at the time of delivery your parcel will be left at the safest location deem fit for the mail carrier.

If you do not want your package left, you can contact USPS or UPS and provide your shipping details to request a pick up or schedule a time for delivery.

 A HIDDEN APOTHECARY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DELAYED OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

Processing time is not the same as delivery time. Excludes holidays/weekends.

Shipping

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Sunday or holidays.

Following the processing of your order, you will receive an email notification of these details, followed by your tracking details for shipments. 

Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and or order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).  We may require proof of identification for the billing information received.

Once you have placed your order we can not revise or alter shipping options.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. (Available at checkout) 

 

Tracking:

Note: All shipment methods come with tracking. However, Express Mail requires a  signature at delivery. 

If you do not live in a secure location please be wise about the shipping method you chose as standard mail couriers will not require a signature and packages will be left and any "secure" location deem fit to the mail carrier. 

  • We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system. 
  • We are not responsible for incorrect address entered by you as the customer.
  • A restock fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned.  The charge will be 25% of the total charge per item.

 

Separate packages

  • In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
  •  Certain items may be on backorder
  •  Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
  • There will be a tracking number for each package

Return Shipping (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
